Founded in 1990, the majority shareholders of the LNA Santé have always been its founder and the original families. In 2006, the capital was opened up to the public and external partners to finance the group’s development based on a unique model (new or reconstructed establishments). In 2011, around forty LNA Santé executives and managers were integrated into the company’s capital through a shareholder structure entitled Nobilise. Since 2022, following an unprecedented employee shareholding scheme, governance has been shared with over 2,500 professionals, who together represent 10% of the company’s capital. They have chosen to invest in the company and therefore also embody the diversity of business lines, territories and activities of LNA Santé.

Becoming a shareholder
LNA Santé was floated on the stock exchange in June 2006.
