The directors

Following the changes made to the make-up of the board of directors in its meeting on 15 December 2021 and in consideration of the resignations and co-optations of directors, the board of directors was composed of the following thirteen directors as of 31 December 2021.

Jean-Paul Siret

Jean-Paul Siret is the founder of the Noble Age Group, which became the LNA Santé Group in November 2017. He harnesses his expertise and knowledge of a field he has worked in for 29 years. After serving as Managing Director, he now holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors. He was a property agent and then sales director for a promoter/constructor (Société Pavillons Joré) between 1972 and 1982 and, until 1993, Chairman of JPS SA, a design, promotion and construction company he set up himself in 1983. He is the manager of La Chézalière SARL and deputy managing director of La Chézalière SA. He has been Chairman of LNA Santé SA (formerly Le Noble Age) since 1992.

Willy Siret

Willy Siret, the son of Jean-Paul Siret, joined the Group in 1999. After serving as Group head of operations, he was appointed deputy managing director for operations at the board meeting held on 28 January 2009, then managing director at the meeting on 23 June 2021. He plays an active role in driving the Group’s development, through the management of creation, transfer and takeover deals, the definition of property criteria and work tool modelling, maintenance and furnishings analysis and investment decisions, approaches and negotiations with the various administrative authorities. He was previously financial controller at Unibail (a listed property investment company) between September 1998 and August 1999. Willy Siret graduated from the EMLyon business school.

Damien Billard

Damien Billard joined the LNA Santé Group in June 2006, simultaneously with its floating on the stock exchange. His role has been to support the Group’s growth and strengthen its financial policy. He has served as an industrial and commercial environmental management controller for various groups in the English-speaking world. He joined the SUEZ Group in 1999, taking up a position within the Energy Services hub at ELYO SA, as a financial controller tasked with monitoring businesses areas worth some €2 billion. In parallel, he contributed in various ways to the switch to the US Gaap and IFRS accounting standards frameworks. He then joined the general management of the hub as an assistant for the management of a decision-making system. In 2005, he joined an industrial group specialised in sports equipment as deputy financial director, while handling the joint management of an industrial hub. Damien Billard graduated from the EMLyon business school.

Maud Roux

With a Master’s in Business and Management, Maud Roux joined the family business Connan in 2001. Since 2008, she has held the dual role of associated director and administrative and financial manager. She was awarded the Women Equity prize in 2016 (which rewards excellent performance of businesses in western France).

Christine Lioret

A corporate financial executive, Ms Christine Lioret has over 25 years’ experience in groups or medium-sized companies with an international dimension – listed or with a private equity shareholder. She is currently CFO for the company Ideolys. Christine Lioret graduated from the ESSEC business school and holds a DECF (diploma in accountancy and finance).

Flavie Lorre

Ms Flavie Lorre is Chair of Responsive Utility SAS, an innovative company specialised in the energy transition and ‘territoires positifs’ (local development initiatives) since December 2021. She was previously employed by the SANOFI Group in various financial, commercial, industrial and strategic roles: internal auditor, management controller, group financial communication officer, CapEx manager for industrial affairs and business intelligence within the General Medicine Business Unit. Ms Lorre boasts over 20 years’ international experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnologies sector. She graduated from the Audencia business school and has a Polytechnique Executive Master’s in ‘New technologies, AI and innovation management’.

Damien Verdier

Mr Damien Verdier joined the Sodexo Group in 1979, when the company had 16,000 employees in France and internationally. It is now the largest French employer in the world, with a workforce of 470,000 people. Damien Verdier held several general management posts within Sodexo France, before joining the Group's executive committee, where he oversaw international strategy, purchasing, marketing, sustainable development and innovation. Mr Verdier is also involved in the world of professional service organisations. In particular, he served as Chairman of the Syndicat National de la Restauration Collective from 2001 to 2006 and Vice-Chair of the European Federation of Contract Catering Organisations. For ten years, Damien Verdier also chaired the ‘services’ working group within the ‘Business Europe’ employer association, during the drafting of the Services Directive. Alongside the WWF and other companies, he launched and chaired the ‘International Food Waste Coalition’, which fights against food waste along the entire value chain.

Véronique Rival

Véronique Rival, having studied administration with the HEC/IFA, headed the family SME Laboratoire Rivadis, has been co-chair of FBN Ouest and member of the Dirigeants Responsables de l’Ouest as well as the Association Progrès du Management.

Christine Passerat

Dr Christine PASSERAT is a doctor of medicine, specialised in geriatric care. She also holds a degree in management, quality strategy and risk management. After working in hospitals, she was director of an establishment, then the medical, quality and risk management departments of groups operating health and medico-social establishments. She is currently a consultant and trainer in medical management and risk management. Author of a work for doctors, pharmacists and public health officials published by GERESO, manager in the healthcare and medico-social sector, she teaches at the Lyon 1 and Lyon 3 universities.

LNA Ensemble is a company whose purpose is the acquisition of stakes through contribution, purchase, subscription or other means, directly or indirectly, in the company LNA Santé SA. Its capital is held by the employees and executives of the LNA Santé Group.

Olivier Challend de Cevins

Having graduated with a degree in engineering from the École Spéciale Militaire de Saint Cyr, after 25 years of military service in France and overseas, Olivier CHALLEND DE CEVINS decided on a change of career in 2014. He moved into the medico-social sector, obtaining a specialised Master’s degree in ‘Health Management’ from the EHESP public health university in Rennes. He joined the LNA Santé Group in 2015 as manager of the Résidence Creisker (Pornichet) care home and has been the reporting director since 2018.

Laura Boisquillon

After working in the scientific field, Laura BOISQUILLON jointed the LNA Santé Group in 2016 as a care assistant. A year later, having obtained her state nursing qualification (Tours Regional Training Centre), she became a nurse within the Orléans home care service. In January 2020, she was appointed coordinating nurse. Alongside this, Laura BOISQUILLON specialises in palliative care. She is the contact person for palliative care at the Orléans-Montargis home care service and also a representative for palliative care and member of the palliative care committee at Orléans hospital. She is currently seeking to consolidate her experience through a university degree in palliative care. A candidate for the post of Employee Representative Director, Laura BOISQUILLON was duly appointed in December 2020 by the representatives of the UES LNA Santé.

A major player in financing the growth and sustainability of regional enterprises for over 50 years, they provide support through every stage of a company’s life: creation, development and transfer, with investments of between €100,000 and €5m. Their commitment is based on listening to managers, providing help in decision making and granting access to their network of contacts. They seek to create partnerships that are lasting and stable – two essential criteria for the success of an SME. Sodero Gestion is currently the partner of 114 SMEs in Brittany, Pays de la Loire and the neighbouring regions, with a total investment volume of €88 million. These companies employ more than 11,000 people.
