A shared governance system
Today, governance at LNA Santé is shared with our teams, who collectively hold 10% of the company’s share capital.
Our professional staff (who currently number more than 2,500) have chosen to invest in the company and thus also embody the diversity of business lines, territories and activities of LNA Santé. Our teams’ strong presence makes our governance model currently the only one of its kind in our sector and is perfectly in keeping with LNA Santé’s philosophy since its creation.
Since it was first established, our founder directors have sought to develop the company while protecting its independence and bolstering the collective:
- In 2006, the company issues a public offering to ensure its independence and development.
- Since 2011, 40 managers have become company shareholders through the creation of Nobilise. By 2016, there are around a hundred of them.
- In 2020, LNA Santé joins the Normandy-based group, Clinique Développement, whose 400 professionals are, themselves, shareholders in their company.
Sharing governance with employee shareholders also marks a key milestone in the involvement of our teams in company strategy. It helps develop an internal culture of entrepreneurship and is thus entirely consistent with the family ethos of LNA Santé.
Employee shareholders at LNA Santé
The year 2022 marks a turning point in the collective adventure at LNA Santé. Following an unprecedented employee shareholding scheme, the governance of LNA Santé is now shared with over 2,500 professionals, who together represent 10% of the company’s capital. They have chosen to invest in the company and therefore also embody the diversity of business lines, territories and activities of LNA Santé.
Stable and independent family governance
Founder and director of LNA Santé for 27 years, Jean-Paul Siret is now Chairman of the Board of Directors. His son, Willy Siret, has served as Managing Director since 2020. This stable, family governance, which guides our activities on a daily basis, ensures a coherent approach to the taking of decisions.
In addition to the governance system, 6 families have played a key role in our project for 35 years, thus ensuring independence in decision-making and communication.
The Board, composed of company and independent directors and employees, meets every month to ensure consistency in the taking of decisions.
The board of directors
LNA Santé is governed by a Board of Directors. The arrival of new board members in 2023 will pave the way for the company's future development by drawing on what is already in our DNA.
The Mission Committee
LNA Santé became an ‘Entreprise à Mission’ in 2023 [a specific legal framework where businesses pursue a set social and environmental purpose with specific sustainability goals].
As part of this new development, a mission committee was established, composed of 9 members. It is tasked with checking that every decision made by the company takes social and environmental criteria into due account.
