Our activities

Research is structured into 3 main strands, which enable the development of clinical and organisational research within our establishments, but also the coordination of innovative projects.  It helps maintain the high level of medical expertise boasted by our professional staff, while developing our approaches to vulnerable people.  It is managed by the Medical, Quality and Risk Management Department, which liaises constantly with the LNA Santé establishments.

An essential part of innovation is humility, without which challenging preconceptions and overcoming prejudices would be quite impossible. The company implements measures to break free from fixed ideas and constantly fine-tunes its improvement processes to the benefit of residents/patients, our teams and caregivers. Our goal at LNA Santé is to constantly adapt our tools, both to the times we live in and to ever-developing expectations. Innovation at LNA Santé is thus not merely a matter of digital tools and technologies, but rather a deep-rooted philosophy that guides our global approach to every one of our business lines.
