A major global player in the healthcare industry, with 9,000 professionals working in over 85 establishments (surgical, rehabilitation and mental health clinics, home care services, nursing homes, health centres and crèches). An ‘entreprise à mission’, our goal is to implement concrete measures collectively, to meet the healthcare, social and environmental challenges we all face.

Our story
Five years after the opening of its first Ehpad (care home for dependent elderly persons) in 1990 in Nantes, LNA Santé becomes a true trailblazer in 1995, building a second establishment specifically dedicated to Alzheimer’s disease. Very soon afterwards, in 1999, the company expands into the healthcare sector through the acquisition of its first medical care and rehabilitation (SMR) establishment. LNA Santé has never stopped enhancing the customer experience ever since, through innovation and the trialling of new healthcare offers.
In 2023, the Nantes-based family business inaugurates the 3rd edition of its strategic ‘Grandir Ensemble’ (growing together) project, scheduled to run until 2028, thanks to which the company gains ‘entreprise à mission’ status [a specific legal framework where businesses pursue a set social and environmental purpose with specific sustainability goals].
Our unique model
With a strong family identity, LNA Santé’s development since 1990 has been guided by a long-term and human-centric strategy. An operating model to meet healthcare and societal challenges. At LNA Santé, the residents in our establishments will always be the number one priority for all our staff, whatever their posts and responsibilities. Ensuring impeccable quality of accommodation service is also an objective which contributes to the well-being of both patients and caregivers. Thus, the architecture, infrastructure and care pathways are specifically designed for the temporarily or permanently vulnerable.
Our organisation
LNA Santé has patiently constructed an independent, reproducible, sound and lasting family business model. This model is based on a holistic and innovative offer of healthcare services but also on transparent and controlled corporate governance to facilitate the taking of long-term and stable decisions.
Our activities
An essential part of research and innovation is humility, without which challenging preconceptions and overcoming prejudices would be quite impossible. The company implements measures to break free from fixed ideas and constantly fine-tunes its improvement processes to the benefit of residents/patients, our teams and caregivers.
