A genuine benchmark in the sector of supporting people losing their independence, LNA Santé operates about fifty medical care homes in France and Belgium. Housed in a customisable individual room, all residents enjoy an exceptional stay, perfectly tailored to their level of independence and pathologies, supported by a qualified and welcoming team that listens to their needs. Due to their unique design, the LNA Santé care homes also foster the well-being of each resident, with the greatest respect for his or her personality and dignity.

LNA Santé has instilled a ‘human’ element in all of its approaches. For over 30 years, its expertise has helped elderly people to improve their quality of life (whether they are temporarily or permanently vulnerable), in a warm and welcoming environment, tailored to every person and all ages. All our know-how is internal and the professionals in our establishments benefit from a dedicated LNA Santé training school.

ESTABLISHMENTS THAT ARE BRAND NEW OR RENOVATED EVERY 10 YEARS

LNA Santé has decided to integrate comprehensive medical facilities into its care homes, with highly qualified professionals and modified structures, in order to be able to treat a large number of different pathologies, from simple loss of independence as a result of old age to Alzheimer's disease and similar disorders.

Fully equipped, secure and encompassing several living units of reduced size (maximum 15 to 20 beds), supervised by a welfare manager/caregiver who works closely with the care teams, our Ehpad (care homes for elderly people) are specifically designed to help elderly people to thrive, whatever their level of dependence or condition. A unique design, which is greatly appreciated by both residents and their families and has become the hallmark of LNA Santé!

AN OFFER TAILORED TO THE WHOLE POPULATION

In the face of an increasingly ageing population, the scarcity of public finances, the rise in chronic diseases and the fact that a third of our current EHPAD were built over 45 years ago, LNA Santé has expanded its offer of services by creating EHPAD Confort (mid-range positioning), which offer high-quality services at reasonable prices.

LNA Santé is thus attempting to make its accommodation offer accessible to the greatest possible number of people. There are currently 894 beds in 8 EHPAD Confort, care homes for dependent elderly people where the average accommodation price is €68 per day, but also 415 places dedicated to social care spread across 7 structures.

Integrated multi-disciplinary teams

Recruited with the greatest care, according to their qualifications and experience, the professional employees who make up the teams in our care homes strive day and night to meet the expectations of residents and their families. These multi-disciplinary teams, who embody the values upheld by all the professional staff at LNA Santé since its creation (respect, sense of service, initiative, trust and commitment) also benefit from comprehensive training, provided by our internal LNA Santé training school.

Delivered by 85 internal trainers and 10 external trainers, these training sessions allow our staff to develop their abilities and acquire new skills connected with their expertise and, more globally, with caring for vulnerable people or those suffering from progressive neurological disorders.

UNPARALLELED EXPERTISE WITH REGARD TO ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE AND SIMILAR CONDITIONS

100% of LNA Santé care homes are designed around classic living units and systematically include one or two protected living units, reserved exclusively for residents suffering from Alzheimer’s disease or similar progressive neurological disorders. In addition to the bedrooms and a private bathroom, each unit comprises a lounge and kitchenette and a space dedicated to events and workshops. Residents can thus enjoy a familiar and stable environment, building strong connections with our teams. In these safe and secure living spaces, elderly people are supported, day and night, by a team trained to handle this type of condition.

DAY CARE

Ideal for taking over from a carer (in the event of hospitalisation, a holiday or break), day care allows elderly people not only to enjoy a rich social life, but also to maintain their independence. Welcomed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., one or several days a week, residents are invited to take part in various activities and eat with our teams and the other residents.

PERMANENT ACCOMMODATION

The permanent accommodation solution is particularly suitable for families who wish to offer an elderly loved one losing their independence a welcoming, secure environment with medical care, where they will be cared for by a team of qualified professionals, in a warm and lively atmosphere. Permanent residents can enjoy a personalised life plan, which takes account of their personality and expectations.

TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION

Limited to a maximum duration of three months a year, this option allows residents to relax in a calm and secure environment, after a period of hospitalisation or during work carried out in their home, for example. For carers looking to entrust a loved one to people they can trust while they are absent, temporary accommodation can also be a perfect solution! Lastly, this type of accommodation can also help an elderly person get used to this new environment, before considering permanent accommodation.

ROOMS OFFERING THE HIGHEST-QUALITY SERVICES

All the residents in our care homes have their own single room (or double room, for couples). In this intimate living space, cleaned daily by a committed team, they can enjoy quality furniture and fittings: wardrobe, desk, armchair, private bathroom, emergency call system, etc. With the exception of the nursing bed, residents may, if they wish, personalise their room with their personal belongings, depending on the available space.
