The care, rehabilitation, re-education and reintegration programmes are carried out by a medical and paramedical team comprising specialists with complementary expertise: re-education officers, general practitioners and specialists, APA (adapted physical activity) coaches, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychomotor therapists and psychologists. Our staff strive to offer the best possible care to vulnerable patients.

I would first like to mention the building, which is brand new and equipped with all sorts of facilities, especially the rest areas, which are tailored to the vulnerability of the patients there.
When it comes to the staff, they are always flawlessly professional, but that's not all – they are all incredibly kind, far more so than in other hospitals.

Accommodation & catering
Pleasant living conditions, warm décor, a hair salon, library, piano, several restaurants or lounges to relax, read or meet loved ones. We have designed and look after these spaces with care and attention, to ensure optimal well-being and pleasure for our residents, day in, day out.

Before I came here, my vision of a care home was something I had got through the media. But that totally changed once I entered the Villa and my fears quickly evaporated. I eat at the restaurant every day, I can rest and relax and the team is wonderful with me. What more could you want?

OUR HOME SUPPORT
The objective of home care (HAD) is to reduce the time spent in conventional establishments by providing treatment at home of the same intensity and same technical quality. This also helps to prevent or delay hospitalisation by making it easier for patients to remain in their own home while receiving the same level of complex treatment. It also makes it possible to coordinate and dispense complex medical and paramedical care with patients at home. This satisfies the need to be treated in a familiar environment and also eases the pressure on our hospitals.

The advantages of home care:
- A care units organisation
- Medical staff available 24/7
- Specialised medical and paramedical teams
- Patient safety and continuity of care within your normal living environment
- Coordinated care and treatment at home
- Therapeutic education for the patient and his/her family
- Psychosocial support

Interventions are coordinated and supplemented by specific expertise, to tailor our response to the personal healthcare needs of every patient. Coordinating doctors, nurses, orderlies, psychologists, employees and partners ensure optimal continuity of care at the patient’s home.

Complex and coordinated treatment
Home care allows patients to benefit from treatment just as complex as in a conventional establishment. Our teams can provide palliative care, complex dressings and specific care, pain relief, respiratory assistance, enteral and parenteral nutrition, intravenous treatments, anti-cancer chemotherapy, pleural drainage, orthopaedic rehabilitation and post-operative care.

During my first few weeks of home care with the Val de Loire Home Care service, I was lucky enough to deal with an incredibly diligent and patient team. Thanks to you, I have been able to recover and resume a normal life. Bravo to your team and thank you for all the laughs and smiles.

OUR INTERVENTIONS
Our medical and surgical establishments receive patients needing an operation, a medical check-up or adjustment of a course of treatment. Through coordination with other establishments in their area, they provide the highest quality medical care to meet the needs of patients requiring treatment. Through professional experts and cutting-edge technical care equipment, we are constantly seeking medical excellence to benefit vulnerable people.

Completely satisfied with the outpatient care I received. The team was always ready to listen and was a joy to deal with from start to finish. I don’t think time in hospital can ever be considered ‘pleasant’, but the people were so nice that it did make everything easier. Excellent outpatient service, and everything was spotless and hygienic. What more can I say?

OUR MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
Our mental health clinics welcome, support and treat people suffering from psychiatric issues. Authorised to receive hospitalised patients with or without consent, we provide them with complete hospital care, day and night. The facilities are equipped with surveillance equipment and appropriate treatment apparatus to support patients with acute disorders (electroconvulsive therapy, light therapy, rTMS).

A unique model
Thanks to over 30 years’ experience and the internalisation of its business lines, LNA Santé has been able to roll out an effective, tried and tested and reproducible establishments model.
HUMAN-SCALE LIVING UNITS
The living unit (care homes for the elderly) or care unit (medical care and rehabilitation and home care) is a unique concept. Each unit comprises, in addition to the bedrooms and a private bathroom, a lounge and kitchenette and a space dedicated to events, workshops or re-education. Each unit has 20 to 30 beds according to care needs. Residents and patients can thus enjoy a familiar and stable environment, building strong connections with our teams. In care homes for elderly dependent persons, the unit is headed by a welfare manager/caregiver, who oversees the various teams and is responsible for the well-being of residents and relations with their families.
ESTABLISHMENTS PROVIDING FULL MEDICAL CARE
In our care homes, LNA Santé boasts an average of 20% more support staff than in private establishments in our sector. The medical and paramedical team is multi-disciplinary and comprises: coordinating doctor, state-certified nurses (day and night), welfare managers/caregivers, physiotherapists, psychologists, occupational therapists, psychomotor therapists and orderlies. Our healthcare establishments have specialised and innovative technical platforms providing state-of-the-art care and rehabilitation.
We are also committed to caring for people afflicted by progressive neurological disorders such as Alzheimer’s: 100% of our establishments have at least one dedicated unit and an internal clinical research centre brings its expertise to bear in the designing of tailored treatment programmes.
OUTSTANDING ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
All our establishments are new or regularly renovated, ensuring our buildings are equipped with the latest technology, organised into living or treatment units and offering truly exceptional services. Balneotherapy, Snoezelen room, hair salon, re-education and occupational therapy rooms, terraces and gardens that bloom year round – all this is guaranteed at an LNA Santé establishment.
These spaces for well-being and relaxation are enhanced by accommodation services specific to our model: meals prepared freshly by a chef and his/her team, full dining service for our EHPAD (care homes for dependent elderly persons), several restaurants per establishment, electronic laundry tracking and a range of cultural and therapeutic events.
WELFARE & ETHICS
The challenge of ‘taking care’, supervised on a daily basis by internal ambassadors and welfare committees, lies right at the heart of LNA Santé’s values. Our ‘LNA Training’ school helps spread this approach to all employees.
Through our medical policy, LNA Santé employs an ethical care approach with the focus on drug-free treatment (aromatherapy, light therapy, pet therapy, music therapy, etc.).
